Career Teachers are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant for a fantastic primary school in Tooting, South London! We are looking for someone with experience working with special educational needs children (SEND) and administering personal care. This is a full-time role, beginning as soon as possible!
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to ensure each child fulfils their potential. You’ll engage with students individually or in small groups, including those with additional learning needs such as ASD, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, and more.

Qualifications and Experience:
We’re looking for candidates with prior childcare or school-related experience – babysitting, tutoring, coaching, summer camps, teaching assistant roles, etc. While experience with special educational needs is a plus, it’s not mandatory. You will also need:
A valid and up-to-date Enhanced DBS, on the Update Service,
Valid Right to Work status in the UK,
And excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for education!
