History Teacher

Career Teachers are supporting the Headteacher of a secondary school in Manchester who wishes to appoint a History Teacher to join them on a temporary basis as soon as possible until at least the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be:

• A History Teacher with QTS/QTLS (ECT’s will be considered)
• Innovative, diligent, flexible and with a drive for improvement
• A dedicated team player who develops excellent relationships with pupils and staff alike
• Professional, always leading by example
• Committed and possess initiative with a ‘can do’ approach
• Willing to participate in personal continued professional development.

This is an ever improving, inclusive 11-16 community comprehensive school who are committed to providing a secure and caring learning environment for all their pupils. There are currently around 1200 pupils on roll.
