About the Role

• Teaching History across KS3-KS5
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that bring the past to life
• Encouraging critical thinking, debate, and independent learning
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Opportunities available for both short-term cover and long-term placements

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialism in History or a related humanities subject
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A passion for inspiring curiosity about the past and its impact on the world today
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
