Are you an experienced HLTA looking for an new opportunity to make a difference in a vibrant school? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join our school based in West Bromwich, working across the school to support teaching and learning. INDBIRTA

Provide high quality support to teachers and across various year groups, contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.

Deliver tailored interventions and small group sessions to support children progress and attainment.

Cover classes during the teacher absences and PPA time.

Assist with the assessment of childrens’ work and progress, providing feedback to teachers supporting differentiated instruction.

Support the social emotional, and academic development of children and promoting positive school ethos.
