Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our team. As an HLTA with Career Teachers, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Lead classes and cover lessons as needed.
  • Support students with special educational needs.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
