Key Skills Required:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with Key Stage 1 students
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning environments
* Effective classroom management skills
* Commitment to the academic and personal development of all students
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Role and Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students in the class
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues as required
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic achievement
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate cross-curricular activities and events
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and achievement
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school-related activities as required
