Job Title: KS2 Teacher

Salary: £110 – £150 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Skills Required:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students
* Comprehensive knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, including SATs preparation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Strong classroom management skills
* Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with colleagues and parents
Role and Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum and meet the individual needs of students
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance learning and cater to different learning styles
* Prepare students for KS2 assessments, including SATs, through effective teaching and targeted intervention where necessary
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular projects and activities
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and fostering positive home-school relationships
