Full-Time Primary KS2 Teaching Assistants Needed in North London!

Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant who prefers to work with children in Key Stage Two (ages 7-11 years)?

Are looking for a new and exciting full-time role?

Are you keen to support Primary aged children in Key Stage Two and deliver high quality interventions?

If your answer is yes to these questions, then this role of a Primary Teaching Assistant is for you!

At Career Teachers, we work with Primary and Nursery Schools in various boroughs of North London, who are in need of high-quality Teaching Assistants in KS2 classrooms on short term or long-term basis, to support EAL, SEN and the running of interventions within Years 3-6.

For this role of an EYFS/KS1 Primary Teaching Assistant:

-You will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum (2014)
-Experience of working or interacting with children within KS2 is desirable
-Able to commit to a full time role, Monday-Friday (non-negotiable)
-Have a Level 2 or 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development or relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, is desirable
-Have previous employed or voluntary work experience within a primary school setting is essential
-Be proactive, supportive, nurturing, empathetic and friendly
-Display clear and strong communication skills
-Speak fluent English
-Have Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
-Have an Enhanced Child Only DBS on the DBS Update Service
-Provide 2 references from within the past 2 years
