Job Description:

As a Learning Manager (English), you will play a vital role in supporting the English department and providing essential administrative assistance. This position, initially offered through our agency for 12 weeks, offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and development, with the potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

– Covering English lessons and occasional support in other subjects.

– Maintaining classroom order and keeping students engaged and focused.

– Building positive relationships with students and modelling exemplary behaviour.

– Implementing the school’s behaviour policy and promoting a culture of respect.

– Recognising and addressing individual student needs with empathy and understanding.

– Demonstrating initiative, accuracy, and flexibility in your work.

– Providing administrative support to the English department as required.

Requirements:

– Previous experience working with children and a passion for English education.
