What’s the role?

As a Learning Support Assistant in Tameside, you’ll be ensuring our students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll work closely with class teachers, supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. Whether you’re helping a child grasp a tricky math concept or giving them the confidence to speak up in class, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, tailoring your approach to ensure every student feels valued and included
• Help create a positive, encouraging, and fun learning environment
