Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require extra help
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning environments
  • Assist with administrative tasks, lesson preparation, and classroom organisation
  • Promote student well-being and emotional development
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the community spirit
