Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support student’s social and emotional development
  • Adapt and differentiate learning materials to meet the needs of students
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and record student’s progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
