Learning Support Assistant – Make a Lasting Impact in a Specialist Setting
Location: Hackney
Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: £450-£550 per week
A specialist school in Hackney is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join its team, supporting children and young people aged 3 to 19 with severe learning difficulties, autism, and profound and multiple learning difficulties.
This is a meaningful opportunity for those interested in special education, including aspiring teachers, therapists, and care professionals, or anyone drawn to helping young people overcome complex challenges.

Who We’re Looking For:
- A caring and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting learners with additional needs
- Someone dependable, reflective, and open to learning through experience
- A current DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Willingness to complete relevant training, such as Team Teach
