Job Type: Full-time, we are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team in Redbridge This role is ideal for someone with a Level 3 qualification in childcare and UK experience, who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
Plan and carry out activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with other team members to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow safeguarding procedures.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursery.
Work on a rota basis between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare.
Previous experience working in a nursery setting within the UK.
Knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
