Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Location: Redbridge, London

  • Job Type: Full-time, we are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team in Redbridge This role is ideal for someone with a Level 3 qualification in childcare and UK experience, who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
  • Plan and carry out activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow safeguarding procedures.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursery.
  • Work on a rota basis between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting within the UK.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
