About the Role: Career Teachers are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Office Manager to join a brilliant school on a temporary basis until June/July 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school administration and reception, with a proven ability to manage office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage student records and administrative tasks using SIMS (School Information Management System).
  • Coordinate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and support.
  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to parents and visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Support the school leadership team with administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position preferred. Candidates with strong reception/admin experience will be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SIMS is essential.
  • DBS: Must have an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service.
  • Availability: Immediate start required.
