Career Teachers are working in partnership with an incredible Preparatory Primary School in Stockport, who are looking to appoint a teacher on a permanent basis.
Surrounding their 200 year old Grade II Listed Hall, they are very fortunate to enjoy over 8 acres of beautiful grounds, housing an outdoor classroom, a wildlife pond, forest school for outdoor learning, a host of sporting facilities including Astro, sports hall, cricket strip and sports field, plus a state-of-the-art Science lab and a historic 1800’s Boddington Theatre. All of which provide excellent learning opportunities for all ages, from 6 months old to Form 6.
They regularly hold fantastic events such as staff BBQ’s and picnics, Christmas parties, Summer Balls, Comedy Nights and Auctions in which they donate a percentage of the funds made to charity.
They are looking for a Preparatory School Teacher who holds a PGCE and QTS to teach years 3 and 4 on a full time bases consisting of an average of 25 lessons per week, with a maximum of 18 pupils per class, and 4 or 5 PPA sessions.
