Job Title: Primary ECT Supply Teacher

Ideal for ECTs looking to gain more experience ahead of their induction year!

Location: North West London (Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon & Camden)

Salary: £850 – 1225 per week

Contract: Daily, Short term & Long term available

Are you a Primary ECT looking to gain more classroom based experience ahead of your ECT induction year?

Key Responsibilities: –

  • You are responsible for following the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher and ensuring that the students are engaged and learning.
  • You are expected to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, enforcing school rules and policies as needed.
  • You must be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a variety of different classrooms and subject areas at short notice.
  • You are responsible for providing feedback to the regular teacher about the students’ progress and behavior during your time in the classroom

Requirements:

  • QTS / PGCE qualifications
  • Experience working with primary school students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice
