About the Roles:

Join Career Teachers and become a valued Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in vibrant South London Primary schools! We’re seeking compassionate, patient, and creative individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

As an LSA, you’ll collaborate closely with class teachers to help each child reach their potential. You’ll provide one-on-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs, including Autism/ASD, ADHD, complex learning needs, and other disabilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

We’re looking for candidates with previous childcare or school-related experience – babysitting, tutoring, coaching, summer camps, teaching assistant roles, etc. You must also demonstrate experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND). You’ll also need:

  • A valid and up-to-date Enhanced DBS, registered on the Update Service
  • Current valid Right to Work status in the UK
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a passion for education
