Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in West London?
Duties/ Responsibilities:
· You support the teacher in delivering lessons by preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and assisting with classroom management.
· You provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, helping them with tasks and reinforcing learning objectives.
· You monitor student progress and behaviour, offering feedback to the teacher and contributing to maintaining a positive learning environment.
· You assist with administrative duties such as taking attendance, organising materials, and managing classroom displays.
