Career Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary Teachers to join our team. We support a variety of Primary schools across Burton, Derby City, and Derbyshire. As a supply teacher, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred location and year groups to work within.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various year groups, following the school’s curriculum and guidelines.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners, ensuring all students are supported and challenged.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting good behaviour and respect among students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Collaborate with school staff and leadership to ensure a smooth and effective teaching experience.
• Manage classroom resources and materials efficiently.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in primary schools, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and year groups.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on student’s learning.
