📚 The Role
As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that raise attainment
- Support pupils of varying abilities, ensuring every child makes good progress
- Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
- Work closely with colleagues, parents and support staff
- Contribute to wider school life, including trips, events and enrichment activities
💼 Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS (or is an ECT with strong placement experience)
- Has solid experience teaching within KS2
- Brings creativity, passion and strong classroom management
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child
