Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team from September 2024. This full-time role will run until the end of the academic year, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the early educational experiences of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of Key Stage 1 pupils.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
– Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the educational development of each child.
– Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
– Experience teaching Key Stage 1 is preferred.
– Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
