Are you a passionate Psychology graduate eager to make a difference? Join us as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in our SEN schools, specialising in EBD, ADHD, and SEMH.
What We’re Looking For:
Interest in supporting children with behavioural needs.
Ability to build strong rapport with children and adults.
Calm, professional demeanor in challenging situations.
Experience with SEN, particularly SEMH, EBD, or ADHD.

Your Responsibilities:
Support class teachers in creating a meaningful learning environment.
Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions.
Aid in educational program delivery.
Participate in team meetings and report on pupil performance.
Support personal and behavioural development of pupils.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced with Special Educational Needs (SEN), especially EBD, SEMH, or ADHD.
Demonstrates the value of education and ensures pupil safety.
Holds a Team Teach Qualification or similar positive handling experience.
Has an Enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service).
Positive, dedicated, resilient, and communicative.
