The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join the team in September 2024. Whether you are an experienced Primary Teacher or an Early Careers Teacher (ECT), we welcome your application. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing a positive and engaging learning experience for the youngest pupils, setting the foundation for their educational journey at this inclusive Primary School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Monitor, assess, and report on pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support each child’s educational and personal growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Knowledge and experience of the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• A commitment to promoting inclusion and catering to the diverse needs of all pupils.
