We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join the team as a School Admin and Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and welcoming reception for students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Maintain student records and update databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document preparation.
Support the school leadership team with various administrative duties.
Handle inquiries and provide information about school policies and procedures.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably within an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SIMS.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
