Salary: £85 to £100 per day depending on experience

Job Description:

Career Teachers is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Temporary School Administrator at a primary school in the DN4 area of Doncaster. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the school environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, enrolment, and other important data
* Assist with the organization of school events, meetings, and appointments
* Support teachers, staff, and parents with administrative queries and requests
* Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
* Provide general administrative support as required by the school leadership team

Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
* Knowledge of school administrative processes and procedures is desirable but not essential
