Job Title: School Administrator

Location: Primary School in the S6 area of Sheffield

Working Hours: Full-Time, 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: Monday, 3rd June

Pay: £12.82 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and update school records, databases, and files.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
* Assist with the organization of school events and activities.
* Manage the school’s calendar and schedule appointments.
* Process and manage student admissions and registrations.
* Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other communication materials.
* Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
* Coordinate with teaching staff and support their administrative needs.
* Assist with financial tasks, including handling invoices and processing payments.
* Ensure the smooth running of the school office on a daily basis.
* Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.

Skills Required:

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with school management software is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
