Career Teachers are urgently seeking a Science Secondary School Teacher to supply in the Kirklees area.

  • Are you a UK Qualified Teacher possessing a PGCE, B.Ed or BA with QTS
  • Are you eligible to work in the UK
  • Are you currently resident in the UK
  • Do you have some experience teaching in the UK as an advantage.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding KS3 to KS5 Science Teacher. This is for a thriving secondary school in the Kirklees area. This is for a long term supply to last for the term and possibly the year. You would be working with a highly successful team that has a good reputation for empowering it’s staff to get their work done.

This is a great opportunity that would suit you if you are an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge.

You will be a person who can use creative methods to engage with, and pass knowledge effectively to the students; you will also be keen to become part of the school’s friendly ethos. You would have a great record of helping students develop and progress.

In addition to the above requirements, you must

* Be a skilled classroom practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate students in KS3 to KS5.

* Must have ICT skills and an understanding of the potential for use of ICT for teaching and learning, including IWB/Powerpoint/VLE/iPad
