Career Teachers are currently supporting a mainstream secondary school in Bolton, Greater Manchester, who wish to appoint a Science Teacher on a permanent basis across KS3 and KS4 from Easter 2024 or September 2024.

The school are seeking a general Science Teacher who is able to teach across all Science subjects.

This large, diverse secondary school are seeking a Teacher who has a real passion for Science and is dedicated and committed to achieving the best results across both key stages. The current department has some highly experienced Teachers who will support you on your journey at the school. Evidence of achieving successful outcomes at KS4 is desirable, although ECTs will be considered for the post.

To be considered, you will –

  • have a Science specialism degree
  • hold a PGCE and UK QTS
  • ideally be able to evidence successful outcomes at KS4
  • be committed and passionate
  • be willing to contribute to the wider school life
