We are looking for a Science Teacher in Leeds for full time long term supply maternity cover from Feb Half term until December 2024. The school requires someone for the whole duration of the mat cover.
This is a tremendous opportunity to experience working at a very well regarded school in the Leeds catchment. We will consider any experience level as long as you are qualified with QTS. If you are an early career teacher (ECT), this could be great way to fine-tune your teaching skills at a school without the pressure of committing to a permanent job. Likewise, if you are a more experienced teacher looking for a change, this could be a good opportunity.
You will need to possess: superb communication skills; exceptional behaviour management skills; excellent classroom practice to motivate and enable learning in pupils of all abilities and needs; a clear understanding of the national curriculum.
