We are looking for Secondary School Teachers who have:

  • Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for educating and inspiring students, which helps create an engaging and motivating learning environment
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to convey concepts clearly and effectively to students, as well as communicate with parents and colleagues
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The capacity to adjust teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs and styles of students
  • Classroom Management: The skill to maintain a structured and respectful classroom environment that promotes learning and addresses behavioural issues effectively
  • Empathy and Patience: Understanding and supporting the individual needs of students, showing patience in guiding them through their learning journey

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in a relevant subject area
  • Experience teaching at the secondary level is desirable but not essential
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education
