We are working closely with a large, forward‑thinking secondary school in East London to recruit a talented and committed Secondary Teacher for a permanent role.

This opportunity is particularly well suited to MPS3-UPS teachers who are confident classroom practitioners and ready to take the next step towards middle leadership, with clear progression opportunities available for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver high‑quality teaching within their subject specialism across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A strong and consistent classroom practitioner (MPS3-UPS)
  • Ambition to progress into middle leadership roles such as Subject Lead, Key Stage Lead or pastoral responsibility
  • Ability to engage, motivate and challenge students of all abilities
  • A reflective, proactive approach to professional development
