Contract: Temporary – Part-Time/Full-Time

Salary: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

A welcoming and forward‑thinking secondary school in East London is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3-KS5. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people thrive both academically and emotionally. You’ll work closely with teachers, support learning in the classroom, and ensure students feel confident, included, and ready to achieve their best.

What You’ll Do

• Support students in lessons across a range of subjects
• Provide 1:1 and small‑group intervention where needed
• Assist with behaviour, engagement and emotional wellbeing
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
• Work collaboratively with teachers and SEND staff

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with young people (school-based preferred)
• Confident supporting learning and behaviour

• DBS on the update service or willing to apply
