Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Assist: Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons by preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and assisting with classroom management.

  • Empower Students: Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, helping them with tasks and reinforcing learning objectives.

  • Monitor and Support: Keep an eye on student progress and behaviour, offering valuable feedback to the teacher and contributing to maintaining a positive learning environment.

  • Administrative Support: Help with administrative duties such as taking attendance, organising materials, and managing classroom displays.

  • Special Needs Care: Offer compassionate support to children with special needs, including personal care tasks as required.
