Career Teachers are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join SEN school across South East London after Easter. This is an excellent opportunity to support students with a diverse range of special educational needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role

As an SEN TA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across the school. Duties include:

• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with a range of needs
• Assisting in lessons and helping deliver tailored learning activities
• Supporting students with communication and emotional regulation
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
• Assisting with personal care as required
• Helping to maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

• Willing to support with personal care where required
