Teaching Assistant role available at a Mainstream Primary School in Lambeth.

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team at a Primary School based close to Clapham.

This role will see you providing support to a child in Year 6, who has Autism and Epilepsy. You will be working closely with the child to support them with their learning.

In order to be successful, you will need to be firm, but have a calm manner. Ideally, you will have experience and training with working with children with Autism.

  • ASAP start
  • Working Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am to 4pm
  • Pay between £85 and £90 per day, depending on experience

The school offer a supportive working environment, with an approachable leadership team. You will be an important part of the Teaching Assistant team, supported by the SENDCO.

Due to the nature of this role, the school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to be committed to the role, and able to form a strong relationship with the children in order to best support them with their learning.
