🧩 Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs?

At Career Teachers, we work closely with a wide network of welcoming and inclusive schools across Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham. We are currently recruiting for dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of needs.

🎓 What we’re looking for:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in:
  • Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools
  • Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Or equivalent (CACHE Level 3 highly desirable)
• Experience supporting children with SEN / SEND, including:
  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • SEMH needs
  • EHCP-supported pupils
• A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential

🌈 What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping to implement tailored learning strategies
• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
