Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Career Teachers is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work full-time within a welcoming primary school in Ripley. This rewarding role begins this September and runs for the entire academic year.

Role Overview:
You will be working 1:1 with children in Year 2, supporting their individual needs and helping them thrive in the classroom. You’ll follow each child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to ensure high-quality learning is delivered in line with their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to children with SEN on a 1:1 basis.
• Implement strategies outlined in EHCPs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to monitor progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs.
• Commitment to the full academic year.
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach.
