Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00

Pay: £450 – £550 per week (paid weekly)

Primary School is a specialist setting dedicated to providing exceptional education and care for children with complex needs. We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our passionate and committed team immediately.

About the Role

• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans.
• Assist with classroom activities, communication support, and personal care.
• Help create an inclusive, positive atmosphere where every child can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable).
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to the stated hours.
