£13000 - £23000 per annum
Education and Training
Full Time

Career Teachers are supporting the Executive Headteacher of a large education and care provision who cater for children and young people from 5 to 25 years of age who have profound and complex additional needs and learning difficulties. They wish to appoint a number of Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2024 on a permanent basis.

They have grown substantially over the last few years and, as more pupils are enrolled, more staff are required in order to continue providing the best care and education for each individual.

To be considered for an opportunity with this outstanding provision, you will have gained some experience working, volunteering, caring or living with a child or young person who has profound and/or complex additional needs. Some individuals use alternative communication methods such as PECS, Makaton and BSL so it would be beneficial if you had experience of using these, however it is not essential.

Qualifications are not essential for this role, however this provision have had some great success stories from people with Psychology, Health and Social Care and Childcare qualifications.

If you are interested in making a real difference to the lives of children and young people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Please apply today and we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your application.
