**Role Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant in this specialised provision, you will play a crucial role in supporting autistic students, helping them achieve their full potential. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide one-on-one and small group support to autistic students.
– Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
– Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
– Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver tailored educational and developmental programs.
– Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.

**Qualifications and Experience:**
– Experience working with autistic children or young adults is highly desirable.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
