🧠 About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes independence and confidence.
• Support pupils with personal care and mobility needs, where required.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support for each child.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or youth settings).
• A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for inclusive education.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, Makaton, PECS) are desirable but not essential-training can be provided for the right candidates.
