Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to lead our secondary school sports programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, a deep understanding of various sports, and the ability to motivate and engage students of all skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of secondary school athletes.
– Conduct regular practices and drills to enhance skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
– Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
– Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation.
– Organise and participate in inter-school competitions and events.
– Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a coach in secondary school sports.
– Strong leadership and motivational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Knowledge of sports training techniques and safety protocols.
– Certification in coaching or relevant sports education is a plus.
