Our reputable supply agency dedicated to providing outstanding educational support to primary schools across Derbyshire. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary Teachers to join our team, offering flexible working patterns and competitive pay rates.
Pay Range:
£130 – £185 per day (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Role Description:
– Deliver engaging and effective teaching across various primary year groups, covering classes in the absence of the regular class teacher.
– Customise lesson plans and instructional materials to cater to the diverse learning needs of students and maintain continuity in their education.
– Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation, creativity, and academic success.
– Collaborate closely with school staff to follow existing lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
– Uphold high standards of student safety, well-being, and safeguarding in line with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
– Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
– Previous experience teaching in primary school settings, with a comprehensive understanding of the primary curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
– Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to teach across different year groups and educational settings.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
– Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo background checks.
