Teacher of Maths

Career Teachers are supporting the Headteacher of a secondary school in Swinton, Salford who wish to appoint a Teacher of Maths to join them on a permanent basis from Easter 2024. There is also an opportunity for this role to come with TLR.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A Mathematics Teacher with QTS/QTLS (ECT’s will be considered)
  • Innovative, diligent, flexible and with a drive for improvement
  • A dedicated team player who develops excellent relationships with pupils and staff alike
  • Professional, always leading by example
  • Committed and possess initiative with a ‘can do’ approach
  • Willing to participate in personal continued professional development.

This school is under relatively new leadership and has undergone a number of structural changes internally, all of which have contributed to the success of the school in the last 12 months. This is an ever improving, inclusive 11-16 community comprehensive school who are committed to providing a secure and caring learning environment for all their pupils. There are currently around 1000 pupils on roll who need support and guidance in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
