Teacher of Science

Career Teachers are supporting the Headteacher of a secondary school in Swinton, Salford, who would like to seek out potential applicants for a Permanent Science Teacher to join their school from September 2024.

This school is under relatively new leadership and has undergone a number of structural changes internally, all of which have contributed to the success of the school in the last 12 months.

Required for September 2024, as a Teacher of Science, you will be teaching lessons each day, promoting interest in the subject, establishing good relationships and driving their ethos of ‘learning everyday’.

The Headteacher is seeking a Science teacher who can inspire learning, promote interest in the subject, and ensure high achievement across KS3 and KS4, someone who demonstrates commitment and initiative with a ‘can do’ approach.

To be considered for this role, you must –

• have a PGCE and QTS or QTLS
• have right to work in the UK
• have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Science
• be passionate about education and inspiring young learners
