Career Teachers are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Primary School located in Burton on Trent. This full time position will commence 4th September 2024 until the end of the academic year.
Your role will be to support a child with Special Educational Needs. You will be following the child’s care plan ensuring that their learning, social and emotional development are met. You will be working closely with the teaching staff, parents, and specialists.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in supporting children with SEND.
– Strong knowledge of SEND strategies and educational practices.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
– Ability to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
