Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in their education journey? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our amazing supply agency and work in a wonderful school located in Burton on Trent!

About the Role:

– Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
– Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire
– Assignment: Supporting 1:1 with a child in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
– Duration: Starting immediately until the end of the academic year
– Pay Rate: £85 – £95 per day

Responsibilities:

– Provide personalised support to a child in EYFS, fostering their development and engagement in learning.
– Assist with classroom activities, including literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning.
– Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualised education plans.
– Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

– Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting.
– Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
– Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
