Person Specification:
To be successful, you will be a confident graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children. You will have the desire to encourage and engage all your pupils in reaching their own targets. Ideally, the school needs a highly enthusiastic graduate who is able to adapt quickly to develop an understanding of the National Curriculum and help deliver it to pupils on a 1 to 1, small group and whole class basis.

About the Role:
In this exciting Teaching Assistant position you will be working in different classes depending on the needs of the school, across both key stages and you will be working with great teaching resources. You will work closely with pupils and monitor their progress.
