This full-time role and experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs is essential.

To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role we require you to meet the following criteria:

• Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3, BTEC Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
• Previous experience working with children with SEND in a school setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and supportive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Secure understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support (desirable but not essential).
